NEW: A new system for customer support.

Hello dear clients of Big Tweak s.r.o.
Today is for you again next good news.
We have opened a new and improved system for customer support - Support Ticket System
It's very simple, you need just to go to the page:
Then create a new ticket with a description of the problem.
Each application is assigned a unique number that can track its status.

Thanks to the introduction of the new system, now you can independently set the priority of your application, to attach a screenshot of the error and indicate the phone number.

Now all your messages will be recorded in our electronic database for each client individually, which will facilitate communication with our technical staff.
